Personal Service - We serve directly to the named individual on the papers.

Substitute Service - We will serve the person in charge at the business at the time of our arrival. If it is a residential address, we will serve as follows: in Virginia we will serve a family member above the age of 16 years old. In Maryland and DC we will serve a permanent resident above the age of 18 years old.

Registered (Resident) Agent Service - We will serve the registered (resident) agent under the rules of service within the jurisdiction.

Posting Service - Posting the documents to the front door of the residence or main door of the business.
