We will serve within the bounds of the law in each jurisdiction in accordance with type of service level ordered. Pricing includes three (3) attempts. Upon completion of the service we will execute a proof of service and file with the appropriate court or we will return it to you if electronic filing is required in that jurisdiction. You will be provided a file stamped copy of this proof of service through e-mail once received back from the court. If service is not effected for any reason you will be provided a non-service proof of service which will not be filed at the court unless specifically requested. All services include printing the document(s) up to 50 pages and then it is $0.15 per page. Additional charges for picking up the documents from your office or courthouse will apply.

Routine price starts at $65.00 and fees are determined by distance of the service of process.

If you have a additional person or additional case being served at the same time as another service at the same address the cost for the second service is $35.00 for the second set of papers.
We do have the ability to serve in the Continental United States. An out of state service will have all attempts made within ten (10) business days at the routine price. Rush service requests for out of state can be accommodated will have all attempts made within five (5) business days.
Pricing is based on location of service. The cost tends to be higher in very rural areas.
